Instructions:
1. Open the gate for your provider.
2. Read token_map.
3. Choose the token assigned to your provider.
4. Visit complete_url_template with SELECTED_TOKEN replaced by your selected token.
5. Open receipt_url and report token_match, interaction_confidence, identity_confidence, event_id, and timestamp.
